Mexico couple injured in ATV accident
Two Mexico residents were injured in an ATV accident in Howard County on private property Sunday.
The crash occurred at 3:24pm, in the 1700 block of Highway 5, as a 37-year-old Mexico man made a sharp left turn in an open field and overturned the 2017 cf-Moto he was driving. He received moderate injuries while a 38-year-old female passenger was seriously injured.
The man was transported by private vehicle, while the woman was transported by Howard County EMS. Both went to University Hospital for treatment.
