A Mid-Missouri man has pleaded guilty in connection with the death of his two-year-old child.
Court records show Bryan Danter admitted to second-degree murder, drug trafficking, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Danter was charged after troopers found the 2-year-old child dead in an apartment in September 2024.
Investigators later determined the child died from fentanyl exposure, leading to the added murder charge.
Troopers also reported finding multiple guns in the home, including one with a removed serial number.
Danter will be sentenced June 12 at 9 a.m.
