A Fulton man has been arrested and charged with rape.
31-year-old Owen Z. Gray was charged with First Degree Rape and Second Degree Rape.
Gray reportedly called authorities yesterday around 4 p.m. after he had a seizure, and when officers arrived, a woman with Gray said that Gray raped her while she was blackout drunk. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail without bond.
Officers noted that Gray has multiple other sexual misconduct charges from 2025. His trial for those charges is on November 10th.
