Animal Abuse Case Pre-Trial Conference
A former dog breeder accused of animal abuse is scheduled to appear in court This morning.
Melissa Sanders faces 14 counts of animal abuse — 13 felonies and one misdemeanor.
Court records show Sanders is scheduled for a Pre-Trial Conference Today at 930am at the Boone County Courthouse
Sanders previously had a five-day jury trial scheduled for the week of October 19.
The charges stem from allegations involving animal abuse. Sanders has denied the allegations.
