Columbia police are investigating and searching for a suspect after a juvenile was shot early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shots-fired call around 4 a.m. on Redwood Road in central Columbia.
They found a male juvenile suffering from gunshot wounds that were not considered life-threatening.
The victim was taken to a local hospital.
Police have not released the victim’s age or identified a suspect.
