Officers Ask for Help, Give Warnings about Car Theft in Jeff City
Officers are asking for help from the public in relation to recent vehicle theft investigations in Jefferson City.
Police specifically cited a vehicle theft on Mesa Avenue. The requested that residents check home security cameras and doorbell footage, and that they report any suspicious activity during overnight and early morning hours.

Residents are reminded to remove all valuables from their vehicles, including keys, and lock their doors.
