Moniteau County Teen Drug Arrest

A Moniteau County teenager faces multiple charges after a traffic stop allegedly uncovered more than a quarter pound of marijuana and 14 fake identification cards.

Court documents say a deputy stopped 19-year-old Vincent Franko Wednesday after clocking his SUV traveling 82 miles per hour in a 60-mile-per-hour zone. During a search, the deputy allegedly found 118 grams of marijuana, a digital scale and 14 Pennsylvania ID cards with the same license number.

Franko is charged with drug distribution, possessing forged identification cards and several traffic violations. He pleaded not guilty Friday and was being held in the Moniteau County Jail on a 10-thousand-dollar bond.
