Glasgow Man Escapes Patrol Car
A Glasgow man faces felony charges after allegedly driving drunk, crashing into another vehicle and escaping from a patrol car while handcuffed.
Thirty-year-old Ryan Suttner was arrested early Sunday after deputies found his Dodge Charger in a ditch along County Road 210. Court documents say Suttner managed to get out of the back of a patrol car and ran into a field with his hands still cuffed. Deputies later located him at a Glasgow residence.
A breath test showed a blood alcohol content of point-oh-nine. Suttner faces two felony charges and several misdemeanors. He’s being held in the Howard County Jail on a nine-thousand-five-hundred-dollar bond.
