Power Outage Affects 1,400 Mexicoans

The cause of a power outage in Mexico this (Monday) afternoon has been identified. According to a member of Ameren’s media relations department, the cause was due to an equipment malfunction. The outage affected approximately 1,400 residents from around 2:25 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Mexico Man Sentenced To Three Years In Prison

A Mexico man is sentenced to 3 years in prison for tampering with a motor vehicle. According to court records 19 year old Joshua Kennemore was sentenced in a Callaway County court last week. Kennemore had been on probation for the offense, and admitted violating probation.
