Vandalia Looking to Start Neighborhood Watch Program

The city of Vandalia is looking to start up a neighborhood watch program. Chief of Police Chris Hamman says its just another way to keep Vandalia safe. Hamman says they will hold monthly meetings for the program as they try to get more people to join.

Two Mexico Senior Wrestlers signed their letters of intent today (Tuesday). Kellen Ekern signed to wrestle at Old Dominion University. Teresse Aaron will be wrestling at Northern Illinois Unversity. The signing took place at 4:45 in the sports complex at the Mexico High School.

Mexico Woman Sentenced to Three Years for Stealing

A Mexico woman gets a 3 year prison sentence for stealing. According to court documents 45 year old Angela Buck was sentenced in a Callaway County Court yesterday (Monday) after admitting to violating probation. The judge recommended Buck complete the shock incarceration program within the department of corrections before being considered for release.
