The City of Paris is receiving several complaints about dogs running loose in the town. Lisa Hollingsworth Paris City Superintendent says it is an area of concern as they have a lot of people who walk the town. Hollingsworth says their is a city ordinance requiring owners to keep their dogs on a leash.
