A fire from a combine spreads to a soybean field in Mexico yesterday (Wednesday) causing damage.
Little Dixie responded to the fire in the 11000 block of Audrain Road 929 just after 1 yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
A combine was found burning and the fire had spread to around 1 acre of soybeans and stubble.
High winds made difficult to contain according to firefighters.
Investigators found the fire originated from a chopper bearing on the combine had failed causing the combine to catch fire.
No injuries were reported.
