The trial for a man accused of causing the death of a Missouri State Trooper is set for April 10.
Serghei Comerzan is facing multiple charges, including second degree murder for the death of Trooper James Bava. Authorities allege he was speeding on a motorcycle when Trooper Bava crashed while giving chase on State Road FF in Audrain County in 2015.
Comerzan was granted a change of venue last month from Audrain to St. Charles County.
