Legislation proposing a statewide ban on abortion in Missouri is being put forward.
According to the Missouri House Communications Department Representative Mike Moon a Republican from Ash Grove, has put forth House Bill 709 which would expand the reach of the definition of life to include unborn babies and make abortion illegal.
The bill will be assigned to a house committee for further discussion.
