June 6th will be the jury trial date for the Columbia man charged with a double murder in Callaway County last year.
According to court records Dale Lee Horton is facing 2 charges of first degree murder, assault, and burglary charges for the murders of Sherry Horton and Joshua Griffith.
Horton and his girlfriend Jennifer Grayson are accused of shooting and killing both victims in April of 2016.
