One fatality, and 3 people are seriously injured, plus a DWI arrest is made after a crash in Miller County on Saturday night.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol it happened around 7:45 at the intersection of U.S. 54 and Route W when a car driven by 50 year old Donald E. Talbott of Marshall turned into the path of a car driven by 71 year old Bobby J. Albertson of Eldon.
45 year old Grace Helgenberger of Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bobby and Donna Albertson sustained serious injuries.
Donald Talbott is facing a Felony DWI involving the death of another.
He was taken by life flight to University Hospital.
