A Callaway County Judge sentences a Tebbetts man to four years in prison.
According to court documents 39 year old Darren Schrimpf plead guilty to first degree property damage on Monday (August 14th), admitting to kicking a dent into the side of a victim’s pickup truck last December.
Along with the prison sentence the judge ordered Scrimpff to pay restitution to the victim for the damage.
