A Mexico man is behind bars after being arrested on multiple charges by the Highway Patrol.
46 year old Victor Garza has been formally charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, failure to give proper signal and possession of a controlled substance.
Garza is being held in the Audrain County Jail with a 15 thousand dollar bond.
