Moberly Man Arrested for DWI, Resisting Arrest

A nineteen year old Moberly man is in the Randolph County Jail after being arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, DWI, resisting arrest and driving on a revoked a license.

Moberly Police say it happened early Sunday Morning on East Rollins Street near Meadowbrook Drive.

Apparently the man took police on a brief foot chase, before being arrested.

An investigation revealed the vehicle was involved in the accident was stolen from a residence in Moberly.

Formal charges are pending from the Randolph County Prosectuing Attorney’s Office.
