Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 47 year old Timothy E. Picton yesterday (Tuesday) for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession synthetic cannabinoid.
Public Safety responded to the following calls:
A peace disturbance at 805 South Calhoun Apartment B.
A scam at 1715 Bennington.
Threats at 809 North Calhoun.
Harassment at 20 Rock Springs Drive.

Governor Mike Parson activated the Drought Assessment Committee and drought impact teams today. [Wednesday] At the July 13 meeting of the Climate Weather Committee it was recommended that phase 2 of Missouri’s Drought Plan move forward. This phase includes declaring a Drought Alert for 47 Missouri Counties, including Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Monroe and Randolph.
