Mexico Woman Arrested For Stealing From Dillards

A Mexico woman has been charged in Cole County after being accused of stealing from Dillards in Jefferson City.

Lahomer Holden allegedly told police she and a friend had gone to the store to steal clothes for her friend to sell.

Holden reportedly attempted to run from the store, but was stopped by employees.

According to the probable cause statement, Holden had $380 worth of clothes in her possession, and her friend had 650.

Holden was taken to the Cole County jail where she has since posted bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 20.
