The Centralia Police Department arrested 4 people yesterday for drug charges. [Friday]
According to the department, officers were called to the intersection of Highway 22 and Allen Street for suspicious activity.
During the course of the investigation, police found packaged Methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, and tools consistent with unlawful entry into locked vehicles.
30 year old Ashlee Heaston of Mexico was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
35 year old Michael Waters of Mexico, 27 year old Dilon Heilig of Mokane and 24 year old Norisha Byers of Fulton were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Byers and Heilig were recently arrested in Callaway County on similar charges.
