Charges Filed In Mexico Pursuit

Audrain County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Scott Fox filed charges today [Monday] against a man who led deputies on a chase through Mexico that resulted in a crash Saturday night.

According to Court Documents, Travis McKnight is charged with Driving While Intoxicating resulting in physical injury, resisting arrest creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to any person, driving while revoked, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and speeding.
