The attorney of former Sturgeon Police Chief Greg Halderman is accusing the city of violating the law again. William Woods University in Fulton will soon be under new leadership. The college announced today (Tuesday) that Dr. Jeremy L. Moreland will be the school’s 13th president, taking over for retiring president Dr. Jahnae H. Barnett.
