The Camden County Sheriff’s Office located a man wanted for kidnapping a stealing a car at gun point.
Investigators were searching for Pad Webster after he forced a victim and dog into their vehicle.
The victim was able to jump out when the car was stopped.
The dog, who was missing after the incident, was returned to the owner last night.
