A Mexico woman has minor injuries after falling asleep while driving and crashing into a concrete railroad pillar last (Thursday) night.
According to Mexico Public Safety it happened just before midnight in the 1600 Block of East Liberty.
According to the accident report 30 year old Kayla Sefrit fell asleep at the wheel while going east on East Liberty and collided with a concrete railroad pillar and made a 180 degree turn before stopping in the eastbound lane.
Sefrit refused medical treatment.
