- Heavy sweating.
- Faintness.
- Dizziness.
- Fatigue.
- Weak, rapid pulse.
- Low blood pressure upon standing.
- Muscle cramps.
Adams says it is important to stay hydrated with caffeine free beverages and if symptoms persist seek medical help.
