Explosive Device Found During Search Warrant In Pulaski County

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office uncovered what appeared to be an improvised explosive device while serving a drug search warrant in the 500 block of Louise Street in Richland last night. [Monday]

The sheriff’s office reports two children were evacuated from the home after the discovery, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Bomb Squad was called in.

Further searches revealed a loaded handgun.

Joseph Trotter allegedly admitted to making the device and is being held on a $250,000 dollar bond.
