State Audit Of Glasgow Shows Missing Money and Firearms Under Former City Administrator

A state audit of the city of Glasgow is showing thousands of dollars and fire arms missing and blames the suspicious activity under the watch of former city administrator Kevin Atwood.

According to the audit by Nicole Galloway’s office more than four thousand dollars in cash along with three firearms are considered missing.


The reports goes on to say Atwood was the only employee with access to the fund at the time, and city funds were used to pay his personal credit cards, and video game subscriptions.

Atwood was appointed Glasgow city administrator in 2013, and Gallaway started her audit after a whistle blower tip.

The information is now passed on to the State Department of Public Safety.
