Judges Ruling Today To Decide On Whether Abortion Services Continue At Columbia’s Planned Parenthood

A judge will make a ruling today (Monday) that could end abortion services at Columbia’s Planned Parenthood.

The organization is asking a federal judge to issue another restraining order to block regulations that would require abortion providers to have access to a hospital.

If the judge denies the request abortion services will no longer be offered at the Columbia clinic, and a St. Louis clinic would become the abortion provider in Missouri.

The decision will be made tonight (Monday) in Jefferson City.
