Residents in Centralia will have their water and sewer rates increased starting today (Monday). The Centralia Board of Alderman approved the increase during a meeting last week. Centralia City Administrator Heather Russell says the rates are increasing by five percent. Russell says residents will see the increase on the August first bill.
