President Donald J. Trump made a stop at the Columbia Regional Airport Thursday night as a part of his Make America Great Again Campaign and to garner support for Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley and U.S. Senatorial candidate Josh Hawley.

The event began with statements from Vicki Hartzler, Blaine Leutkemeyer, Roy Blunt, Governor Mike Parsonand John Ashcroft.

President Trump arrived nearly 25 minutes behind schedule to a very enthusisastic crowd. Trump said Missouri voters must choose if they want a “booming”  America, or if Missourians want to “wipe it all away” under democratic leadership.

Trump said Josh Hawley is the right choice for the Senate and it was time incumbent Claire McCaskill left office.

Hawley took the stage with the President and compared McCaskill to former Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton.

The race between Hawley and McCaskill is one of the tightest in the nation.
