Bulldogs Split Double Header With Hannibal, Filbert Classic Today, Blues Win

Mexico Bulldogs basketball split a doubleheader in Hannibal last (Friday) night.

The girls with a 52-37 victory.


Three players in double digits were Raigan Playter with 12, Reghan Smith with 11, and Logan Blevins with 11.

The lady bulldogs improved to 2-3 overall and 2-1 in the North Central Missouri Conference.

They are back in action at the Gary Filbert Classic tonight (Saturday) vs. Van-Far at 5.
The Mexico Bulldogs Boys fell to the Hannibal Pirates 77-52 in the second part of the doubleheader last (Friday) night.

The bulldogs unable to stop Hannibal’s star player Desi Jones who put up 34 points.

Jai Lawson led the way for Mexico with 12 followed by Zach Watkins with 11, and Isiah Reams with 11.

The Mexico Bulldogs fell to 1-3 and 1-2 in the NCMC.

Mexico will be action as the featured game at the Filbert Classic tonight (Saturday) at 6:30 when they face Van-Far.
