Two people filed today [Wednesday] for two seats that will be filled in the April Election on the Mexico Board of Education.
Hailey Schutte and Nicholas Tietsort and filed their candidacy for the seats currently filled by Heather DeMint and Scott Hobbs.
Schutte and Tietsort will join Karsten Femrite in their run for the two positions.
DeMint and Hobbs have not yet filed to retain their seats.
Candidate filing closes on January 15.
