National Weather Service Spotter Training Class Tonight In Mexico

A National Weather Service spotter training class will be taking place in Mexico tonight (Tuesday) night.

Chris Newbrough Secretary of the Audrain Emergency Communications says the class is for anybody who wants to learn about how to spot tornadoes, and other types of severe weather.


The class is also being sponsored by the Audrain County Emergency Management Agency.

A meteorologist from the National Weather Service will be instructing the class.

It is free and will take place at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Mexico from 6:30 until 8:30 on February 5th.
