The deadline for applications being accepted for Mexico’s Little Dixie Fire Chief is being extended to April 30th.
The original deadline was February 1st, however according to retiring Chief Ken Hoover the board of directors are looking for more applications.
Chief Ken Hoover will officially retire from the department tomorrow (Friday).
Deputy Chief Steve Gentry has been named Interim Chief until the board names a permanent chief.
