Father Of St. Louis Ballerina Thanks Monroe County, Asks For Help

The father of a St. Louis ballerina found drowned in Mark Twain Lake last November sent a letter to the editor of the Monroe County Appeal thanking law enforcement and the community for their assistance in locating her.

In the letter, Duncan Stroik says his daughter Raffaella Stroik visited Mark Twain Lake four years ago with her sister and brother-in-law and loved it. She went to the lake on November 12 on a personal retreat and was found mysteriously drowned on November 14.

Duncan Stroik continues saying they do not know how Raffaella drowned that day, and asks for any information about her trip to Mark Twain Lake.
