A bond of one hundred thousand dollars is set by a Cole County Judge for the caregiver in the death of a four year old Jefferson City boy.
Judge Jon Beetum set the bond for Quatavia Givens who has been charged with First Degree Child Abuse or Neglect resulting in the disappearance and death of Darnel Gray.
Givens was granted a change of venue last month.
Darnell Gray was found dead in a wooded area of Jefferson City after being reported missing from his home by Givens.
His body was found in the 2100 block of Louis Circle.
According to police the boys injuries was caused by blunt force trauma and sharp force trauma before his death.
A trial date for Givens has not yet been set.
