Columbia Man Thought To Have Fled To Iceland In Boone County Jail
A Columbia man who authorities thought fled to Iceland is now in the Boone County Jail.
Boone County Sheriff’s Department say they transported Jay Robinson from a Cook County, Illinois jail back to Boone County yesterday (Sunday) morning.
Robinson is accused of hiding a camera in a bathroom in the children’s section of the Columbia Public Library in August last year.
The FBI said that Robinson had fled to Iceland three days after his arrest.
He is being held without bond.
