A Clydesdale visit to Mexico is being planned in June.
The Golden Eagle Distributing Company is sponsoring the parade with a theme of “Real American Hero”.
The parade will be centered around local heroes like members of public safety, fire, ambulance, Red Cross, and veterans.
They will also stop and deliver a case of beer at each bar that utilizes Golden Eagle as a distributor.
Business’s on the downtown square are asked to create Hero or Patriotic window displays.
The Clydesdales will*most likely* hitch and unhitch at the old Pearl Motor lot.
They will head South on Coal street, West on Monroe, South on Washington, East on Promenade, and North on Jefferson ending back at the Pearl lot.
It takes place June 19th from 5 pm until 7 pm, with the parade starting around 5:30.
