A very special helicopter will be making stops Mexico and Centralia today (Monday)for Memorial Day.
The Huey UH1B saw duty in Vietnam from 1962 to 1971, it was decommissioned in 1971 and was used as a search and rescue unit in California.
It also saw duty in several movies.
The helicopter will be Mexico at 9 this (Monday) morning at the Missouri Veterans Home.
And at 6:30 pm tonight (Monday) it will appear at the Centralia City Cemetery.
