A storm moving through Mexico last (Wednesday) night is to blame for some downed power lines.
It happened around 6:07 in the 1000 block of Muldrow, when the storm caused a tree limb to be broken and took down some power lines.
Mexico Public Safety blocked the roadway until Ameren could make the situation safe.
The roadway was closed until around 7:55 pm. No injuries reported.
