A first place finish for a Mexico boys age eleven and under baseball team at the Show-Me State games in Columbia over the weekend.
The Brick City Boys had never played together before the weekend and had only been practicing for a few weeks.
They defeated the Dixon Bulldogs in the championship game yesterday (Sunday) 12-7.

An audio tape that surfaced where he discussed injuries suffered by his son.
On the tape Hill told his fiancee that she should be terrified of him.
The NFL announced that it would not be suspending the wideout as they could not conclude that he violated the league’s personal conduct policy.
During a press conference yesterday (Sunday) Hill thanked the Chiefs front office and coaches and his teammates for supporting him and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL for getting all the facts.
