MU To Allow Alcohol Sales At Football Games
Mizzou Athletics announced today [Friday] it will sell beer and wine during football games at Memorial Stadium beginning this season.
The decision follows the change of a long-standing SEC rule that alcoholic beverages be banned in sporting arenas.
The sale of alcohol at football games will end at the end of the third quarter of the game, per SEC policy and fans with a valid ID will only be able to purchase 2 drinks per transaction at select concession stands.
