Harrison Bader reached base 4 times, scored 2 runs and made an outstanding catch that helped limit the Brewers’s scoring in the sixth.
St. Louis goes for the series sweep tonight (Wednesday).
The Kansas City Royals with a 4-1 loss to the Baltimore Orioles.
Kansas City’s offense did not give starting pitcher Brad Keller much help, scoring just six runs during his past five starts.
Former Mizzou quarterback and Denver Broncos rookie Drew Lock will reportedly miss some time due to an injury he suffered during a preseason game on Monday night.
Lock has a bad hand sprain however will not need surgery.
He is expected to possibly miss the rest of the preseason.
