The Audrain County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting random checks of addresses of registered sex offenders throughout the county this evening. [Thursday]
Sex offenders will be required to avoid all Halloween-related contact with children, remain inside their residence between 5PM and 10:30PM, post a sign stating no candy or treats at this residence and leave all outside lighting off after 5PM.
Other mid-Missouri sheriff’s offices will also be conducting checks including Cole, Callaway, and Boone.
