A Mexico man is recovering from moderate injuries after an accident in Audrain County this (Saturday) morning.
According to the highway patrol it happened just after midnight on Route J north of Bean Creek.
26 year old Devin C. Middleton went off the road and hit several trees.
He was taken by ambulance to SSM Audrain for treatment.
Five people are dead after a one car accident on Eastbound US Highway 54 in Miller County last (Wednesday) night. According to officials from the Missouri Highway Patrol one adult and four children died in the wreck.

Mexico Public Schools is updating their COVID dashboard as of 3:08 this (Tuesday) afternoon. They are reporting no new cases in students or staff and there are 44 students or staff in quarantine.
