Mexico Public Safety Report For 12/16/19

CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, December 13th:
Threats on North Clark and at East Promenade.
Shoplifting at 4820 South Clark.
A stealing or theft on East Monroe.
Public safety went to the following calls on Saturday, December 14th:
A missing juvenile at North Grand.
Threats made at 4820 South Clark.
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Sunday):
Leaving without paying for gas on West Monroe.
A stealing or theft at the corner of Hazel Place, Morris and West Street.
A fraud on Amelia Drive.

CAR ACCIDENTS:
A one car accident on Agricultural at Liberty yesterday (Sunday) morning at 9:38.
A car driven by 52 year old Loretta Taylor of Mexico was making a turn and slid into a curb and damaged her vehicle.
No injuries.
A 2 car accident on East Liberty at Sunset yesterday (Sunday) around 11:06 am.
According to the accident report it happened when a car driven by 52 year old, Ricky Dale Rickard, of Mexico, tried to stop at an intersection and due to weather conditions, slid in front of a vehicle driven by 40 year old, Brandy Lee Wieberg, of Wellsville.
No injuries were reported.
A 2 car accident on Monroe at Wade yesterday (Sunday) at 10:15 am.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 60 year old, Marvin Lee Cross, of Mexico, tried to make a turn and due to weather conditions slid into a vehicle driven by 69 year old Susan Kay Bunchof of Sedalia.
No injuries.
A one car accident near Walgreen’s yesterday (Sunday).
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle was being driven by 29 year old Cara A. Wieschhaus of Mexico started sliding on the ice covered road and hit a stop sign on the north side of Walgreen’s.
No injuries.
A 2 car accident yesterday (Sunday) on Agriculture at Holt.
According to the accident report it happened when 55 year old, John Herndon, of Mexico, was turning and slid into a vehicle driven by 72 year old, Richard Herndon, of Mexico.
No injuries.
