A fourth candidate has thrown his hat into the ring for a seat on the Mexico City Council.
Thomas Henry Hugo filed today (Wednesday) and joins Ayanna Shivers, Steve Haag, and Joshua Price vying for two available seats on the council.
Mayor Ayanna Shivers is seeking re-election while Steve Nichols is not.
Filing ends Tuesday evening at 5:00.
