The driver who was responsible for a hit and run accident in Centralia on Tuesday night that killed a 74 year old victim is now charged with murder.
According to court records Amy Rievley has been charged with 2nd degree murder, driving while intoxicated, and causing the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in the death of another.
Rievely is being held in the Boone County Jail without bond.
