ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports arrest of 20 year old Aaron M. Wells on Saturday for a Callaway County Warrant.
57 year old Raymond G. Hood arrested Saturday for domestic assault.
43 year old Sean J. Henderson arrested on Saturday, for 2nd degree domestic assault.
41 year old April V. Hagen arrested Saturday for a Callaway County Warrant.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, October 23rd:
A fight in progress on West Monroe and at South Clark and the corner of Fairground and Liberty.
A natural gas odor on Harwood.
Public Safety responded to the following calls on Saturday:
Drug activity in progress on South Olive.
A report of child abuse or neglect at South Clark.
A stealing or theft at the North Clark Apartments.
Shots fired reported at the corner of Fairground Road and Breckenridge.
The sexual exploitation of a juvenile on Oak Lane.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A 2 car accident in the 200 block of West Boulevard Street on Friday, October 23rd at 9am.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle was being driven by 37 year old Jessica M. Simmons of Mexico was backing from a driveway onto West Boulevard and hit a postal vehicle driven by 33 year old Jesse L. Winn of Mexico.
No injuries reported.
A 2 car accident on Boulevard and Clark.
According to the accident report it happened on Saturday afternoon just after 4pm.
A vehicle driven by 22 year old Dallas Lonis of Vandalia turned right onto Clark and stopped at the yield sign and was hit from behind by a vehicle driven by 27 year old Alonzo Jones the Fourth of Auxvasse.
No injuries reported.
